		<description>Hey you are blessed. You get to live in a place that as people rushed up coast in the 40&#039;s has sort of been left behind in the development crush. It is an idyllic backwater that will likely soon be swept downstream as developers figure it out. 

People are funny in that too many of us can make a good thing turn bad quickly. Love your attitude. You always seem so willing to try to make the world a better place for those that will come along after you.</description>
